EAD has Standard Operating Procures (SOPs) for the permitting of industrial and commercial facilities, chemical and hazardous materials facilities and development and infrastructure projects. In addition, EAD has a procedure to register environmental consultants. These SOPs are intended to help guide consultants through the process for obtaining an environmental permit through EAD.
