The Eleventh World Renewable Energy Congress 2010, under the theme “ TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE ENVIRONMENT -    Green Buildings and Renewable Energy Options” will be held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in the Western Region Abu Dhabi and Chairman of Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi.

The event, considered as one of the biggest renewable energy congress in the world, is organized by World Renewable Energy Council (WREC/UK) and Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi (EAD) and will be hosted at the Armed Forces Officers Club from September 25-30, 2010.

The expected number of attendees is between 700-800 and the confirmed speakers (well renowned speakers in renewable energy and green buildings) is more than 100 till date. More than 120 countries are participating/contributing to this event.
