This function develops comprehensive environmental education and awareness plans and programmes. It develops and implements the communication plans and manages media and public relations for EAD. It promotes environmental education for sustainable development and awareness to the community. It collaborates with local, regional and international organizations on information regarding environmental awareness. It also maintains and develops EAD electronic outreach.
